Ingredients for Veggie Omelet

  • 2–3 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables (peppers, greens, onions, or what you have)
  • 1–2 teaspoons oil or butter (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

How to Make a Veggie Omelet

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil or butter if using.

2. Add vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.

3. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan.

4. Let eggs cook until they begin to set.

5. Add vegetables to one side of the omelet.

6. Fold the omelet over and cook briefly.

7. Remove from heat and serve.
