Fruit-infused tea is one of the easiest ways to change things up without doing too much.
You’re still starting with tea—but with a few simple additions, it turns into something fresh, slightly sweet, and a little more fun to sip.
There’s no one way to make it, and that’s what makes it work so well.
Fruit-Infused Tea (Simple Idea)
- 1 cup brewed tea (cooled)
- a handful of fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, citrus, or berries)
- a few mint leaves (optional)
- light sweetener (optional)
- ice
How to make it:
- Brew your tea and let it cool
- Add fruit directly into the tea
- Let it sit for a few minutes to lightly infuse
- Add mint or sweetener if you like
- Pour over ice and serve
You can keep it light or let it sit longer for a stronger fruit flavor.
Some combinations to try:
- strawberry + mint
- peach + lemon
- mixed berries
Use what you have and keep it simple.
Yum’s Note
You don’t need a plan for this one—just start with tea and build from there. 💛
