Fruit-Infused Tea | Light, Fresh & Easy to Make

Fruit-infused tea is one of the easiest ways to change things up without doing too much.

You’re still starting with tea—but with a few simple additions, it turns into something fresh, slightly sweet, and a little more fun to sip.

There’s no one way to make it, and that’s what makes it work so well.

Fruit-Infused Tea (Simple Idea)

  • 1 cup brewed tea (cooled)
  • a handful of fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, citrus, or berries)
  • a few mint leaves (optional)
  • light sweetener (optional)
  • ice

How to make it:

  • Brew your tea and let it cool
  • Add fruit directly into the tea
  • Let it sit for a few minutes to lightly infuse
  • Add mint or sweetener if you like
  • Pour over ice and serve

You can keep it light or let it sit longer for a stronger fruit flavor.

Some combinations to try:

  • strawberry + mint
  • peach + lemon
  • mixed berries

Use what you have and keep it simple.

Yum’s Note

You don’t need a plan for this one—just start with tea and build from there. 💛
