According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), the affected product was produced on February 26, 2026, and may have been distributed to select retail locations.

- Establishment number: EST 34729
- Sell-by date: March 19, 2026

The product was shipped to a distributor and sold at Mom’s Organic Markets locations in:
- Washington, D.C.
- Massachusetts
- Maryland
- New Jersey
- Pennsylvania
- Virginia
The issue was identified after two consumer complaints. At this time, there are no confirmed reports of injury.
